Normally, maintenance is limited to washing the vinyl product annually
to maintain a "like new" look.

What about graffiti?

Vinyl is not “graffiti-proof”. However, vinyl is easy to clean and most paint comes off with ease. In some cases, a pressure-washer may be needed. In the most difficult situations, you may need to use lacquer thinner, 600-grit sandpaper or 0000-gauge steel wool.

How does vinyl hold up to wind?

Installing posts and horizontal rails to our specifications is a requirement. The fence is designed to tolerate normal wind loads under proper installation.

What about winter conditions?

Vinyl is similar to most PVC products, and will become less flexible in colder climate. Normally, this does not affect the vinyl, unless it is subjected to an unusual impact. Our product is made to withstand temperature ranges far beyond what we experience here in Texas.
