Return Policy - Vinyl and Ameristar Steel Fence Sections & Gates are

 non returnable as they are  made to customers order. We accept returns

 only on standard items like post caps, solar caps, gate hardware, tools

 fittings etc. All return items must be in their original packaging. There will

 be a re-stocking fee of 20%. The customer is responsible for the

 shipping back to us. Return will only be excepted within 15 days after

 the product is delivered to the customers. All specially fabricated items

 or custom made products and special order items are non refundable.

 After 15 days, of receipt all product's buyer becomes responsible within

 the limitations of their specific warranties. You are responsible for

 shipping charges back to us.

Shipping charges are not refundable. If the original shipping charge is

 indicated on your invoice, your refund will not include that shipping

 charge.
